Redesigned Bedrock's homepage and refreshed brand identity, improving visual consistency across all marketing channels and stakeholder-facing materials. Designed an airdrop claim page that facilitated distribution of over $200K USD in tokens, coordinating across business, product, and engineering. Ran product discovery using competitor analysis, user feedback, and Google Analytics to surface UX gaps, then proposed and presented solutions directly to stakeholders. Consolidated all active campaigns into a single page, streamlining a key conversion step for users on X.

Developed brand strategy, visual identity, and websites for clients across fintech, legal, and creative industries–including Poss Capital (Singapore business loan startup) and Luo & Associates (Auckland regulatory law firm). Also created character illustration and brand design for Sanctum, a liquid staking token pool on Solana.

Drove a 50% increase in interaction rate between VIPs and service ambassadors through a full redesign of the VIP programme page. Redesigned fee rates and trading entry points to improve engagement across a 15M+ user base. Developed a personalised user dashboard proposal to streamline task completion for active traders. Contributed to a platform-wide design revamp, driving visual coherence across retention-focused pages including fee rates, referral programme, and VIP.

Created Seedly's visual branding and brand playbook–still actively used, reaching over 1M users monthly. Built scalable editorial and social media design templates that cut production time by 50%.
